the sensor that screws into the short boost hose from the intercooler into the turbo.
(next to header tank)
what does it do and how important is it? i got some of the hoses from china and the sensor fitting isnt included.

overboost sensor. it cuts the engine if the preset boost pressure is breached.

Mine doesn't have this sensor fitted and runs with no problems.

alot of people simply disconnect the 2 wires that run to the sensor or simply remove the sensor and plug the hole with a bolt/bung.

id leave the hose as it is without making a hole for the overboost switch.

Not required if you plan on running more the standard boost.
