polybushes

hi guys just wondering if any of you could shine any light on this, im just about to order a powerflex polybush kit for my car 1991 r5gtt but there is a couple of things that i need to know before ordering bush height and internal diameter ?
is there any way of knowing this without having to measure them?

bush height, 45 or 33mm
internal diameter 19,21 or 23mm

They are arb measurements. You need to measure yours.

cheers fella just wondered if there was a way with knowing without having to measure them eg different years had different sized bushes, thanks for the reply :)

I believe there is a difference between phase 1 & 2 however I would recommend you measure as some people have had mismatched parts before. If you only want to order once and save the aggro of returning i'd measure it first.

the later ph2's are generally larger but id measure it just in case. just measure the roll bar its self. can be done without jacking up the car and taking anything off;)
