40 yrs of the R5 in 2012

Just seen on 21toc that the R5 is 40yrs old next year.
Any ideas if anything is hapenin to celebrate it?

So next year is 10yrs of Nat Day and 40yrs of the Renault 5, sounds like a big push for Nat Day is in order! ;)

That event (2004) celebrated 30 years since the first Renault 5 race.

We've been in contact with them and will try really hard to get as many owners to this day as possible. We need to start at home though and it would be nice to see a LARGE presence from the RTOC!

I guess the French/Euro guys are waiting to see how many of us (RTOC) will be attending their big Belgium do in early June, before they commit to our ND.
