the missis has just had a new v5 in the post. i thought thats funny as she has had the car a while and the v5 is safe out of the way. then saw the note from the dvla inside.

i recently changed my daily and got a red v5 i thought it was strange to start with i didnt have one of those letteres tho

A number of blank blue V5's have been stolen? is that the real reason or is it because a red V5 requires you to take the car to a proper facility and get a certificate of destruction rather than just ticking its scrapped.

my cus got one of theses the other day two now he has all three v5s from when the car was made ;)

Yeah I got 1 through the post the other week to.. I also got the letter saying that some blue one's had been stolen
