hi all. i have a surefire es2000 ignition module and was just wondering.. what the hell it is? searched net and cant find a definitive answer.

anyhelp would be muchos appreciated.

Or if somebody could just tell me if I can use it on a c1j.. It is a 4 wire piece. I've managed to find out 1 is earth, 1 is +12v one goes to coil and one goes to points.. Really don't understand and ANY info is really greatful.

I doubt it will work tbh.. I'm not sure if its one of these ignition moduls where you no longer need the AEI (a bit like msd sell) or a booster for the coil.. If it does replace the AEI it will defo not work.. Also your car doesn't have points, the TDC is what triggers the spark.

What a bell end.. I remembered that last night! Just rebuilt the whole thing then start rambling on about points. What a tit haha!
