may be of interest to some, but the yanks hold there biggest event of the year this weekend coming, its usually where records fall, along with a few ego`s

really cool event, "import vs domestics", which is basically jap cars vs GM, buick, dodge, ford etc, muscle cars generally, makes for some interesting racing to say the least.

The live feed is the nuts, I can't remember what the event was but it got washed out in Vegas the banter on the chat part was mint, with the camera man asking questions to all the racers in the pits.

its only qualy today dave, shootouts are tommorow.

its all on the honda-tech site in the drag racing section, you dont need to be a member etc to view

I see Miller wasted a head gasket, I've seen the pics of it :eek:

Couldn't find live streaming coverage either :cry:

oh well that was a bit of an anti-climaxe :(

miller broke before making a full pass, and tony palo ran 8.58@178 only to get knocked out by a slower 8.7x car on a holeshot.

im guessing tony would of gone quicker as he got through the rounds as they normally save the best till last. miller made 1 pass and went 8.9@144 of summet silly letting of early, god knows how quick it would have gone....

all motor class did well, new world record, 10.10@134mph

10.1 with no turbo in a fwd 4 cylinder is f**king nuts!! :D
