North wales road trip TOMMORROW 30/10/2011

A bit off the cuff, but does anyone fancy joining me and gibbo for a little trip over the horseshoe pass, and a few other great road in North wales. Probably going to be the last chance before the weather gets abit too wet. Have a drive, Take some photos go home.

id be quite happy to set up a north wales, evo triangle drive then back through bala ect simailar to what moggy did a few years ago i could sort this for november some time but the weather is the problem now but we get some nice sunday mornings lol

not bothered on weather maybe do a shorter run with a couple more meet up points for a chat in nice cafe/bars just incase weathers bad?

id love to just see some members lol hence why i wanna go tomorrow i mean ive a missfire thats doin my head in on light load, comes on boost great on load fine......but on light load or idle its kangarooing...........all i did was change me bloody spark plugs but when i pulled the hts out some of the metal insetrs were left on the old spark plug? i reattached these but do u think a NGK plug could be faulty?

not very often faulty but any plug can be dropped. normally plugs most likely to fail under load tho. light load id of said fueling a little lean? ignition timing possibly? bit of a vaccuum leak somewhere.

Those photos look wi wi wicked and fresh, Whos is the red one.:)
For us northwest lot, its crazy not to do this next summer, Gibbo the city boy was blown away, by the beauty and the great roads up there,
We started just outside wrexham, went over the horseshoe pass, then turned left on the A5 to betwsycoed, few photos there then took the A55 back home,
There is loads more great roads there, not especially the evo triangle, but you can go passed snowdon mountain down to llanberis, its a tiny village with loads of parking for group photos etc next to a big lake.
Note to self, dont do above 5mph around corners with rubbish tyres, scared the life out of me a few times today, understeer massive:disagree:
