hello ,

i'm going to present you my wife's Raider she restore by herself !!
It look like that when i met her for first time in 2006 :

As i still have some parts at home i decide to offer her a new set of rims and some other parts !!

at that moment it was a standard engine with a T2/T3 hybrid turbo, an Alliance inlet manifold and a double capacity intercooler

As we live near germany we've got the famous GREEN HELL at about 2 hours and a half driving , so she became a ring addict !!

As she definitly loves the Ring we decide to make some modifications on the Raider :

- Adjustable Bilsteins
- cat cams 314 with cat cams spring valves
- T25/T3 hybrid turbo
- compression ratio 8,1:1
- PWR charge cooler
- Side exit exhaust system from Ktec
- set of new polished wheels (Compomotive 16")
- front Calipers from Megane sport 225
- Leather recaro seats

Also the proud owner of a Raider i can't wait til mine is all finished and looking fresh again after my restoration project...puts a huge smile on my face seeing Raiders and of course all 5 Turbo's being well looked after and also being restored! a great looking car well done to you and your wife for bringing us some enjoyment with some great photo's! :)

next year we are going to make some little changes on it to prepare it for the NAT DAY !!!!!
thinking of having a biggest liquid capacity for the charge cooler.
Maybe i'm wrong but i think that more liquid you have on the charge cooler system better is ths result for the admision temperature.

What do you think about that ??

with regards the charge cooler, that pwr has 19mm oultlets so keep all pipe work 19mm or slightly bigger, wrap the boost pipes/pwr in a reflective heat wrap, and get as bigger pre cooler as possible in the front, celica gt4 st205 runs a chargecooler as standard and a good sized factory pre rad, bike rads/small car radiators / aircon rads are another option,but the cores are theses units are not prob designed to run in lower temp ranges, where the celica gt4's unit will be;)approx size 600x300;)
cant remember the outlet port sizes :scratch:
