Turbo oil drain flange

[Renault 5 GT Turbo]

I am getting an oil leak from the flange that bolts to the turbo. Should this part have a seal or do I simply need to tighten it more?

The threaded sleave does seem quite loose.

I had the same trouble with mine. I ended up using silicone high temp sealant from halfords. Worked a treat.

Interesting, would it be tight when new?
