Right, after people giving me grief left, right, and centre :laugh:, lets see if we can sort a date for a good old curry meet. I was supposed to sort something for around my Birthday last month, as I usually do. I've had a lot on lately though, and when I have been free, a lot of you lot haven't been :laugh:
So, can we decide on a Saturday in November. Let me/us know what dates are do-able for you, and we can go from there.
Sat 5th Nov (maybe not, with it being Bonfire Night?)

I've had a few texts as well as the replies on here, and it's looking like the 12th is pretty likely. It looks like we could get a couple of 'newbies' as well. Nice one Mark, and Matt :smokin:

They seem to be few and far between nowadays though, so who knows??

Whenever mate. Although going on the possible numbers this time round, a week before might be an idea. We've got to bare in mind the RTOC Rule of 3 though ;)

To make it fair. Lets get a good old list going, and we'll go with the majority, maybe ;). Put your name next to each date. If you don't mind, or can do either, then stick your name next to both:

So sorry Dale and Pip (and anyone else who hasn't piped up), I'm afraid I'm going to have to go with the 19th. Nothing personal (honest :cooter:), but it seems like the fairest way of doing things. Next time, I'll try and sort something around you guys.

Not that I will be missed, but I wont be able to make this curry, Work are flat out & with 2 drivers being off long term sick I have no chance of holiday now until the new year.
Hope you all have a good curry tho. :)

Right, bang the following postcode in your sat' nav's: KT21 1BE - Grove Road. You'll see a pay and display car park, next to Oakhill Garage (you can't miss either). Park in there (it should be free by then). It's as safe as houses, so no need to be worried.

I thought about that, but I have only been there when I've been p155ed. I think, with the numbers we've got, it's easier to use the Curry House. Most people know where is it, and the restaurant/pub/car park are all so close to each other, it makes sense. If there's ever a more quiet curry, then I'd like to try the new place out, and get some other opinions on it. Plus, if the Curry House feck up this time, we deffo know to go to the new place.

I've put a red arrow showing the way that most people will come into the village. There's a red circle showing the pub on the left, just past the Shell garage. There are 2 pubs opposite each other, so make sure you get the right one (The Brewery Inn). You can view it all on Google Street View if you bang in the postcode KT21 1BE, which is for Grove Road, as Ray said above. The carpark is opposite Albert Road.
