took car on the dyno today have a look at the graph. my boost is coming on really late like 4k. im checking for any boost leaks but pretty sure there are none. my boost and torque should shoot up and level out rather than steady line? its a turbo technics t25/t2 at 17psi with std cam any ideas why its not coming in sooner? anyone have this turbo on their car?

i just blanked off the carb inlet pipe and air filter pipe and put an air line in to the telephone hose. dump valve was leaking air so i blanked this off. no leaks on intercooler. but im getting air coming from the back of the compressor housing at 10psi?!! surely this is not normal and probably why i cant turn the boost up on my bleed valve any more than 17psi?

power looks to be coming in around 2800 rpm. What are you wanting from the engine. What spec is the engine

Is that graph showing power vs torque? if so,,looks very odd. (im no expert) but i dont think it should look like that. It looks very linear,, almost like a non turbo, naturally aspirated engine. Maybe u got a boost leak somewhere?

seal on the compressor housing thats what im thinking too, dont want to strip it yet incase i void the warranty ill try to contact them tomorrow.

spec is fully rebuilt engine, new pistons, liners, skimmed head, uprated hg, uprated clutch, viper induction kit, gt tunning double capacity intercooler, turbo tecnics t25/t2 turbo, tubular manifold, big jim downpipe, scorpion exhaust, at 17psi with re-jetted carb running 11.9 afr wot.

i was just expecting more of a kick and quicker spool up. shame the psi isnt on the graph then you will see it takes ages to boost up everything very linear as you say. the torque line should be going up steep then leveling out with the psi.
