Lights left on alarm

Are these standard fittment, Was supprised to hear mine start bleeping at me when I opened the door earlier, had 2 other turbos in the 90's but don't remember either of them having one

My current 5s have light reminder relay but many of them stopped working.

The one in my old white 5 always worked. Come to think of it, I think there might even be one on the cup car :scared:
