brass 90 degree thing

hi there
i have taken my carb off for rebuild sorted all that out just come to put it back on and noticed. there is like a 90 degree brass hos connector type thing above the two pipes on the top of the inlet manifold. what should be connected to it. its just below where the gasket and spacer go for the carb if you know what i mean
any help would be much appreciated

That'll be the connection for the hose that goes to aei unit mate.

thats ok then lol i connected the aei line into there but was worried id done wrong thanks mate
