Ok little game, had to help move a restoration project of my sisters husbands and yet to really begin..

First see if you can guess the car.

nopes no rover, A guy on another forum guessed the car based on the same pic so it is possible.. In 10 mins ill put another one up if nobody guess's.

Whilst I'm still having a ponder over what it is, I'm thinking it's defo a project alright. Puts our restro threads to shame! Saying that he's not started it yet by the looks of it

this was setup for the sieries 1 engine, but the engine and box was stolen so now hes gota revert back to sieries 2 as the sieries 1 engines go for to much wonga .

( i think thats right, just what he told me)

Thats it!!

Unfortunately I don't have a tiger, mine is the Series 5 alpine using the H120 based Holbay engine with twin 40's, its a gt so no soft top, but have the hardtop.

They rot too!!:(

i love sunbeams i'm still wanting to get an rapier H120 once i have some space from clearing out my cars:)

H120, a 'cool coupe'. Same running gear as alpine and early rapier.
Windowless too, as the rear 1/4 glass disappears into the bodywork.

If I remember the red one had a 'Hemi' engine.......:eek:

I love that pillerless coupe look when all the windows are down.Can't wait to get one i was thinking of may be getting just a fsat back and putting a modern engine in it.Somthing along the vauxhall lines maybe:)
