15 psi in all gears except 5th???

right ive a collins -31 actuator on my t3 and it has had a spring change and adjusted so it holds 14-15 psi in all my gears.................except 5th for some reason it will boost up and hold near enough 20psi but if i adjust the so it holds 15psi in 5th (as it is at the moment) i only get 10 psi in the other 4 gears WHY :cry:

could a bleed valve be the answer or shall i junk this big shiny bling actuator and get a genuine garrett -34?

I had a Collins -31 (early type) and it wouldnt hold 14psi at all... ended up junking it for a proper Garret -34 one.
