Yes - they come with the inner ball joints when you buy a new rack... Gt turbo ones can be had reconditioned for about 40 quid. Google lists loads, but check that they send you a gtt one as campus are about 80 turns;-) if you need to change the
Over you need a big pair of Stilsons as there are no flats on Gtt inner ball joints.
