Looks like the place above shut down a while back, I guess you could look elsewhere but I'm sure it was 15-20 per slot, got expensive really quick.. If mikes got some I'll go have a butchers.

A good engineering shop or sheet metal works should be able to do it.louvers are quit common things on large heaters and such like:)
