intercooler pipes

hya just wondered if anyone nows were i can get intercooler pipes made ;) iv got a 172 turbo engine in me 5 and the pippes are all bodged together and obv will pop of everytime i put me foot down hahha so just wanted to no if you can get them made so its just one full pipe instead ov loads ov bends and conections ?

if you are after a custom job your best bet is to phone round local engineering companies to find one with tube bending equipment (if your anywhere near bedfordshire john woolf racing has done some for me in the past), you can make your own pattern by using a reasonable thickness metal rod from somewhere like B&Q doesnt matter too much what size so long as it holds its shape, when you are forming it make the bends are as gentle and sweeping as possible and allow for the radius size of the boost pipe all around the rod, if you can find a company with a CNC bender most can profile this and automaticaly bend the tube or any decent engineer should be able to replicate your former on a manual machine
