hi guys iv been in contact with a company who make fibreglass bonnets and tailgates for the r5gtt over the last 2 days.
The company is based in france and if we get an order with 5 of each item they will give us a 20% discount the same applies if we order more.

the cost of the bonnet and tailgate is £135 normally but 20% off brings them down to £108 which is for me a great price.

let me know what you think guys ill certainly be having the pair thats for sure

That's a good price, are they just skins, or have an inner shell too?

well guys one thing that is going to be expensive is the delivery please read a couple of replies i got earlier

Hi Andy,

Many thanks. Please specify that costs of delivery are expensive to France To England, so try to collect delivery at the same place.
For example for 1 bonnet to London: 190 to 200 Euros (168 to 177 GBP) same price for 2 bonnets!!
Have a nice day.

to which i just wanted him to clear up a bit more and got this back

Yes shipment is very expensive to UK, we are located in south of France and international parcel are taxed by volume and for one bonnet the calculation is dimension of packing (110x40x190 cm = 0.836 m3 x200kg = 167.2 kg taxable whereas the real weight is 10 kg!!)
That’s why I told you to collect at the same place to have a cheapest price by unit.
We can include 2 bonnets in one packing maybe 3 if I find a biggest one.

this is the said company

I can give some advice as well if needed through this forum, it's not that hard if you are not expecting perfection (at first anyway)
