Hi guy's.

This has been in my garage for 4 years now and I have not really made any progress. Before it was garaged it was used daily. 500 miles before it had all new gaskets and seals in the head due to water pump failing. Run's and drives very well and is solid.

Body work needs attention, rear n/s quarter has been dented (was like this when we bought it), has a dent in front wing by indicator (tennis ball size), slight rust under n/s rear window (which I have treated but not finished) and under windscreen (not very bad but could do with screen removing and sorting). Bumper's would benefit from respray but are not cracked. Krissy M has welded a new rear bumper plate n/s which needs sealing and finishing. Also rear n/s body kit bit needs refitting ( I will do this this week).

Interior is all standard bar rear quarter cards.

Engine is good. Have just put in fresh coolant, oil and filter. I have fitted an brand new engine loom. I have fitted new relays for fan and perc but have yet to test cooling fan cut's in! I have a perc fan but not fitted yet. Petrol gauge jumps.

Has a Magnex exhaust and T2/T25 turbo.

Standard Wheels and suspension.

NO TAX OR MOT. 91k with service history up to 70k.

All electrics work (or did).

Sunroof model (no leaks).

Not desperate to sell but thought if any of you lot fancied a project.

This car doesn't need much and the plan was to MOT/insure it and get it resprayed and sell for ££££££'s.

All in all apart from the body work and cooling fan there is not much to do.

PM me if your interested/for pics. :cartman:

Offers around £900 which will include lots of spares.

Just had a quick scan of the history and I have MOT's going back to the mid 90's, also had a new clutch, cable and pedal fitted 14k ago at a cost of £600  along with new steering rack gaitors and a few other bits. One of the sills has been replaced (can't remember which side) and the other is fine. Car is running now and sounds sweet, fresh oil and filter, coolant. :agree:
