ecu plug id, cos im a muppet!

i took ecu's off the loom while doing some work, and then forgot which goes were, thought they would only fit there own, but no, both plugs are the same:cry:

so i noticed one has a few different pins missing to the other so wondered if someone with a b18ft loom could id which plug is for which box.......please!

Have you tried fitting them ? One has a slot in the ' latch ' area ,top right , so perhaps that matters ??

no have tried with battery disconnected and they both fit each other:sad2:

never mind, i worked it out in end, ecu plug was slightly different and had a clip bit in middle of plug,

should of gone to specsavers!:p
