Yes some do have pics, seems to be the older/imported threads that just don't load up completely (or is it just me?)

Potentially related to the other attachment issue.

Gordon, attachments for posts go in to the /boards/attachments directory I think. Not in to the database. Just incase that helps diagnose :)

The path to the folder was c:\inetpub etc etc, and we've moved from a windows to linux box. :p

But OK, I figured it would be relitive, I guess there was a full path defined in admin somewhere. Looks like you found it :)

Gordon, did the entirity of the /attachments folder get copied over ? There, I think, were lots of sub folders. Maybe one or 2 subfolders did not migrate.

Permissions on that folder may be wrong. PHP needs write access.

Not sure if this is just my PC or its something you can sort whilst you're poking around in there but some of the images show thumbnails and others don't. All files are .jpg

I have no idea why ashy, can you try uploading some more to see if they work ?

For those pictures you just uploaded it hadn't created the thumbs folder and files. But, I tried one myself just now and it worked fine. I've no way of generating those thumbs either :rolleyes:

Raj it had been deleted because it was months old with no new posts. The moderators have to delete lots of classified threads so its easy to delete valid ones by mistake. I've restored it, it should work again :)

Right this is the message that seem to be getting when trying to upload pics to new thred

That sometimes happens when the browser has cached a page it shouldn't have done and then the site complains because the token doesn't match. Try resetting the cache options in the browser and clearing cache. Failing that, try a different browser altogether.
