How long is a phase 2 clutch cable?

1830mm or 1850mm?

Please help appreciated as always :)

i ahve a brand new renault cable in my boot its for a phase 2 i'll go measure it now end to end and post back in 5 mins :)

just measured mine as its 1860 end to end so 1850 is probably the right one

pictures on their way aswell of where i measured and the renault part number

Legend...mines on its third an seems to constantly snap jus behind the ratchet:cry:

Cheap **** or wrong length...No one including cgb can tell me..
TK-tec sell a gen renault one an they reckon its 1850 an all:confused:

Pissed off it jus made 152 at 12psi with plenty more to give,,drove off rollers an it fecking snapped the C**t:mad:An no one got one till monday:cry::cry:

Cost around £30ish give or take a few pounds inc vat

Can only guess its either cheap cables or its maybe the cable isnt routed right? i cant say weather mine is right or wrong so can't help here

But i hope the pictures help you

Renault changed the clutch pedal design slightly to reduce snapping the cables. I think it's the same part number that you order through Renault. This will help. I changed mine after having one cable last only 7 days! It's all sweet now. ;)

Gonna go id which quadrant is in there,,if its part numbered still..,
Seems a very viscious curve for the cable as it passes over the quadrant,its incredibly strained and kinks when pedal depressed..
Its had a CGB heavy duty cable an that lasted a week..an numerous cheapies from euros so lookin @gen ren one's again.
Adjuster is working fine,still taught on the spring so at a loss as to why it keeps mauling them :confused:
