Ok i recently bought an unfinished project that need a charge cooler. I've seen a pwr 100mm x 2900mm barrel but with 57mm inlet/outlet. Would this be big enough it wouldnt get much heat since it wouldnt sit anywhere near the turbo. Pics of the car on my profile. I'm planning on running 1.5bar boost because it has the lowered comp pistons so it would go over 300hp easy and i cant find the right barrel on the pwr website.

Personally I would go large intercooler but if you want chargecooler I would be looking at least at this one

This was a build a friend of mine started in 2007 the engine ran stationary and that was it. Parts were a lot more rare and expensive in those days so he quit after starting his own business and put it in a stable. where it was untill last weekend :D So now i need a charge or intercooler.
The turbo is a gt28R(s) all parts are new but the immobilizer is stopping me from starting her up. Going to have to take it out.

I do love a charge cooler but I'd say loose half the front and go intercooler but the pipe work is a nightmare, I had to buy a aluminium donut to weld to my intercooler as I couldn't get a bend tight enough so if I were to do it again I'd get one of the intercoolers that has a inlet and outlet on the same side but what they flow like internally I don't know

Maybe handys kit is a new version or old version??
