Iphone charger that works with GT Turbo cig lighter?

Hi,

Is there something drastically different about the cig lighter on the GT Turbo compared to modern cars? I have tried a variety of car/usb/iphone chargers and none of them see to work!!!

I've tried cleaning out the cig lighter and it works fine in its original purpose as a cig lighter :confused:

I found the USB converter plug didn't work on any car I tried but found a cheap eBay iPhone charger and charges fine in any of the cars I have put them in.

I use a Belkin iPhone charger and it works just fine.
