o/e oil hoses

does anyone know if there were two types of fitment for the oil hoses where they connect to the rad? i have an alloy rad but the pipes will not connect. on the hose there is only the thread that goes inside the fitment on the rad which dosnt fit:rolleyes: but not the one that goes on the outside so i was wondering if there was two types of hoses and rads? Maybe a change in the thread or something like that? Any help would be ace;)

Easiest solution is to go to a hydraulics supplier and get an adapter to suit, even if there are 2 types of hose, some adapters will be easier to get and to fit

I.ve never seen any different types only the ones that fit inside the rad oli cooler out lets
