Help with Engine Noise

Hope you can help me out, my engine has become noisy recently, so I have done a recording to get people's opinion. Was thinking it could be tappets or valve clearances?? I held the camera next to the head and block so it is very loud and exaggerated as to hear the problem.
Please have a listen and let me know what you think might be up.

difficult to tell form that but i would whip the rocker cover off do the valve clearances and see if that helps.

As Adam says very hard to hear any faults on that recording sounds like any other C1J. But as Adam has said try doing the valve clearance's Mike used to do them to .20inlet and .20 ex on his cammed engine's.

Thanks James, was wondering what they may have been set to on this engine. Will try and get it done and see if it quietens down at all!
