b18ft cam question

was looking on volvo forums last night and came across this:-

after reading this the cam i have what i was told is a b18ep cam appers to be a mk2 b20f, the markers on the cam say so anyway....

but when i measured the lobe of the cam the height and width of it appers to be the same as the b18e cam??

i have searched for some specs of the b20f but cant find any,

so my question is, does anybody know anything about the b20f cam, im just a bit worried as its off a 2l engine it may open valves too far and end up slapping pistons or something:cry:

i think you would get some answers off marky mark or haz on here fella they've done a fair bit of research on volvo B18ft's ;)
