21 turbo abs

hello im wondering if any1's had this problem or has better knowlage than myself. I currently have a soild brake pedal on my 21 and theres no abs light on (although there might not be a bulb in there or it could be blown as this is a renault ;))

Im thinking this could be the pump or the relay???? if so how would i check or test them.

any info would be great cheers alex.
