anybody recommend some cheapish brake pads? thinking £40 -£50 for front set, its only for road use atm, but want something half decent, ferodo ds2000?

i have read some old posts and it seems everyone is saying stay away from green stuff?, and recommending corbone lorraine rc5 but at £85+ there a bit steep,

also while i have been looking around a lot of pads say for bendix, others lucas, didnt know they were different calipers, is this from phase 1 & 2 cars then?

my calipers are bendix, so im guessing lucas pads dont fit then?

help!

Ta!

If it's only for road use I'd just use standard pads :)

Standard pads are more than up to the job. I'm running Halfords spec and they're great.
GSF or Euros will be a better price though.
