Evening all

Just got back from snetterton after a good shakedown and found a few issues

1. my brakes are crap they faded quite easily and pulled to the left
2. I'm very understeery

My shopping list so far
Goodridge brake lines
Front discs/pads Or big brake kit
Powerflex bush kit
New track rod ends
Camber bolts
Poss 2 new front calipers or rebuild kits

Questions i have are....
What standard pad and disc combos do most of the track day people use?
Or what big brake kits do people use? that will fit under my 15inch wheels

Also does anyone know of a cheapish place to buy the powerflex bush kits (want to keep to named brand as i've seen the quality of cheap poly bushs for other cars)

I think you are on the right track. Overhaul your standard set up with a set of braided lines and some Ferodo DS2500 pads and that should sort your braking out.

As for suspension, make sure your set-up is in good nick (any leaks, worn dampers/bushes etc.), use some camber bolts to add some negative camber -1.5 to -2.0 should be a good starting point.

For cheap powerflex kits try zone motorsport

sorted now tiff but thanks anyways, went for the polyrace bushes in the end,

If they aren't any good at least i tried them and it didnt cost the earth and i can feedback on here so others can avoid if needed in the future :)

Going to be getting some carbon lorraine pads front and rear and plain bremdo discs all round for track work

And then use normal pads and discs for road use :smokin:
