New poster! (less than 10 posts)

After yet more problems I have decided to bite the bullet and put some time and money getting the 5 into a more reliable state. But where to start?

to start - whats wrong with it? :)

I have very little knowledge but I believe it's the piston rings as compression is low (aprox 120psi) and a lot of oil coming from breather and the oil hasn't changed at all. but the engine had a rebuild feb 09. but engine wont start and fuelling has always been an issue . any help or ideas would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance

you need to dig deeper,whip the head off.....have a good sniff round..

or just get a donor engine an slip it in,standard everything an get yourself on the
road an go from there....:)
