What do you mean turbo stopped working? stopping boosting, stopped whistling, had no power? visibly saw the turbo not turning? physically tried to turn it but couldnt?

Could be boost leak, actuator knackered, penny flap disconnected from actuator or turbo has gone.

Firstly worth checking if the turbo is seized or if theres lots of play in it. Then i'd check boostpipes if turbos ok
