View Full Version : Project Clio now on the road

Well, the Saturday just gone i taxed the Clio and took it out for a drive and took some pics. It's pretty much done with just a couple things to tinker with and buy, a couple of things to adjust but i'm really happy with the outcome. Considering it was literally a bare shell with a cage sitting at the back of a pub car park on axle stands just 4 months ago. I've done about 70 miles so far just letting it settle in

Looks fresh ...looks awesome in white :)...not many in this colour actually :agree::smokin:

I might be wrong but i don't think there is another phase 1 Clio 172 in white, i know there's a low spec phase 1 mk2 Clio that might have had a 172 conversion but they never made a phase 1 and 2 Clio 172 in white in the UK

Nice! ...so a rare one then ..or has it been resprayed?

i dont know much about mk2 clio's ...know more about the mk1's tho :laugh:

It was silver but had a full respray i believe in 2008 some time. It was RS Tunings demo car for their supercharger converson and was featured in PFC magazine
