Leaky rear windows

Ok, so I took off my side rear windows and replaced the rubber grommets and they were a marked improvement. However the water floods in behind the drivers seat when its raining.

I took the window off again and bent the catches and refitted...better but water stil comes in.

Any suggestions?

Could try a new rubber seal around the window and check it isn't rotted through underneath the seal
