Steering column

My steering has started getting heavy tyre pressures are fine and track rods look ok. But when turning get a strange noise from the column and a juddering any ideas cheers

juddering sounds like the Universal joint, could try spraying/greasing it but will probably need a new one, either that or the rack, or column bushes, difficult to say without hearing it.

Just took the column off and the needle bearings in the bushes have collapsed best sort it have MOT this month
