Iirc they don't have a gasket....thixo for the mating faces and a rubber seal for the t-stat.

:agree: Cheers Matt, I did wonder why all the ones I had seen had sealant on just looks messy :crap: will grab some today

You can either use 7711428232 or 7711236172 both are silicon joint.
Or you could use the blue resin as used on some k4m water pumps...... ? Part no. 7711428232.
