Cig Lighter...

Cig lighter works with the push in function but whenever I plug a Tomtom/phone charger into it... nothing... sad times.

clean the connection on the bottom mate had same prob it was all crappy disconnected it and a pair of long nose plyers and a bit of wire wool.....blow it all out and jobs a good un :)

Obviously I'll make sure I disconnect the battery before doing this or it could be a bit "interesting" I just wondered if these where always a pain in the a-hole?

Hope you get it working Brizz. I'm sure it just needs a clean. Never heard of a problem with them before and I don't think the internal design/layout is any different now as it was back in the late 80's. :agree:
