Dizzy 180 degrees out

Just found out my car dizzy cap/gear is 180 degrees out car runs mint but my leads are reversed etc. Can anyone one tell me an idiots guide of how to sort it please? eg, what bits to change/move! Thanks

Change nothing, it makes no difference at all.

So its only the leads that will be reversed?

remove cap, remove distributor, you will see a small cog in the hole, use a wooden down to push inside that hole and lift up and spin 180 degrees, make sure you do it exact else wont run right.

Or like Andy says, dont change it as its just means the leads are 180 out but doesn't do anything wrong

Thanks guys will just leave it as it is then.I remember the trouble i had putting the drivegear in when i built engine, if all the firing order etc is ok an makes no difference to everything else then its staying put.
