Im planning on fitting 3 gauges to the dash board where the centre vents are, i have got to the point of removing the vents, removed the slider and sanded the necessary parts for my plate to fit the hole nice.

My gauges are 52mm so it will take a bit of a trim to get them in. Im just wondering the best way to remove the inside back section of the dash, its a black colour and its looks like its all clipped together, is that part of the matrix, i can not remember?

Any tips or is a case of just being a bit rough and dive in?

I noticed this yesterday, seems like its all one unit mate and you would have to remove the whole thing :( I cant see you doing any damage to it if you do get a bit heavy handed lol.

The black part is the top of the heater box. Just chop away as necessary & silicone the flap shut.
