miss fire AHHHHHHH

i am having a nightmare trying to find the cause of my miss fire, the car was off the road for a few years i have got it running but cant track the miss fire.
i have changed
.plugs
.leads
.cap
.arm
. tried 2 different ignition units
. played with mixture screw

none of the above have solved it

suggestions or any help please!!!!

is it missing under load ?

If you floor is does it miss ?
if you goto 50% thottle travel does it miss ?

problem sorted thanks.

where it had been sat 2 valves were sticky and had bent 2 push rods, i have replace the push rods and touch wood it is running very smooth and quiet.
