carb sensor help ....please

hi i have had to re do the loom on my raider as it was shocking but need a little help.

whats the sensor at the base of the carb? where do the wires come from that go to it please?

thanks for any help the haynes manual is not really helping me.

2 spade connectors?? it's for the anti perc fan.

Do you still have the fire hazard anti perc fan?
