I got forged rod to go with my forged pistons, just a quick question.

Are the ARP bolts on the rods re useable? if so what torque and do they need nipping up after, angle tightend or anything?

If the bolts are not re useable where can i source a new set from?

We reuse them on the BMW minis time and time again.

I use normal engine oil and go 20-40-60 ft lbs

I use my ARP bolts on my Cossy three times then replace them. Always use the ARP grease as sometime engine oil gives fase readings.

Forgot to say, measure the lengh before installing them.

When you remove measure the stretch.

ARP will have a guide to when there junk.

ARP moly lube or oil is good.
