Relays above fog lights below indicators

Hi guys, My 5 is currently in the body shop and I was looking under the car and round the fog lights there are relays dangling down from the indicator area, I'm presuming these are to do with the indicators, where abouts should these be attached? and is there a part number for the attachments?

Near the alternator? fan relay and anti perc fan relay?

There is one either side of the car. Trying to find where they attach to so theyre not just left dangling
