Front mount

Is anybody here running a front mount could you point me in the direction of somebodyS pictures who has I'm thinking about putting one on mine but im not to sure
Is there any gains/benefits apart from the obvious more cooler air

There are some pics in my profile you can have a peek at.

im using a 2wd cosworth I/C- not that big compared to most front mounts, but fits nicely behind the standard bumper without chopping bits out and is in a good position for airflow. A big advantage of removing the I/C from the O.E position is that you can shift your air filter to a slightly better position away from the hot turbo :D
