RTOC Survey Results

The results of the RTOC Survey are in! Thanks to those of you who took part! :niceone:


There were 163 responses in total so you could generalise that it's 31% of the 525 Paid Up Members of the club.


I've tried several different ways of presenting this information but the following seems to be the best way :scratch:

The results of the members choice of events have been collated into the following table and scored on peoples choices from 1 - 10 for which event.

Those events which people have voted for as 1's are weighted with +5 wheras those events voted for as 10's have been weighted -5.

This enables us to calculate the correct order for positions 1, 2 & 3 given that some people may have voted for the top 3 events in that particular order.

I've collated this table with the help from my sister who has a Masters Degree in Statistics so I figure what she's telling me to do will be correct! :scratch: :laugh:

So the top 3 results of the choices given are as follows:

1) Trackday (Mallory Park)

2) Santa Pod Dragstrip Day

3) Nurburgring Trip

BUT These results are based on the choices that were given & some interesting alternatives were raised in the questionairre? I propose that we re-run that part of the survey with the alternative event choices so the members can choose the events for 2012??

Please let us know your thoughts....?

blimey there are obviously some bloody complete nutcases looking at some of the responces.......and bare faced cheek from some others....oh well u cant please everyone all of the time :)
