Seat disassembly

[Renault 5 GT Turbo]

I want to make a good drivers seat from bits of two seats.

Can anyone advise on how to completely remove the backrest from the frame?
I presume it is possible, but would appreciate some tips in dissembling it.

E.g. How to take the headrest sockets out?
How to detach the fabric? Etc

you will need a lot of time and some side cutters and lots of zip ties.head rest holders come out buy squeezing the clips in from inside the seat.you will need to cut off all the little metal clips inside the seat and release all springs to remove the covers and foam/you will also have to remove the recline handle.

i have done afew seats now it slow dustey and hard going:)
