Picture editing

Hi all, need a good picture editing tool so i can resize my pictures for uploading on rtoc. Anyone know of reliable, safe and of course free software on the net. Much appreciated if anyone can help.

yes bud, having trouble with uploading pics to RTOC since i've started using HTC phone. Only issue i can find is sizing but never was a problem before with my nokia.

Once installed you just need to right click on the image and choose resize

no problem, nice and simple to use plus can do loads of pictures at once with that :)
