Everyday car?

[Renault 5 GT Turbo]

Anybody use a GT Turbo everyday anymore?

I intend to use mine once I have a new clutch in place (original one has got very stiff).

I drove it from London to Birmingham and back a few weeks ago without any issues at all so feel confident...that said I will have AA/RAC cover when I start using it everyday just incase!

My car is completely standard and has been treated to a comprehensive mechanical refresh over the winter months including coolant system, brakes, wheel bearings, bushes and all other serviceable items.

I must admit I am looking forward to parking it amongst the overweight Audis and BMWs that fill my work car park! Am I mad?

Clutch is pretty stiff on a standard 5, we all walk round in circles in this club ;)
