RTOC@Shakey, weekend of racing and camping

right this place is dire empty nowadays, im going to sort us a club stand for this event, its later in the year but i hope lots of you can turn out, its a weekend of camping and rwyb racing so would be a good meet up even if you didnt want to run.

i was thinking of throwing up this on a few other renault club sites, the 16v clio boys really like a good drag day so i could possibly advertise it as a rtoc vs day? it is on an open weekend so anything could turn up but would give us the opertunity to scope it out as a possible venue for a club only meet next year?

anyway get your names down and ill see you there, plenty of time to get your cars ready by then :agree:

It's on the same weekend as the 'Ring/Spa trip, but then the interest for that has fallen away as well...

i know bud but with the amount of members we have there should still be plenty left to come along to this? was just trying to organise a little meet up that involves camping drinking and racing. i know its ages away but theres no point in me even asking for a vs day with another club if no one from heres going to show the effort and turn up.

It's still going ahead mate, but due to lack of interest/lack of replies to the group PM that I sent, I closed the thread. If you're still up for going, as there's still several of us that are, drop me a PM and I'll keep you posted with crossing/hotel developments.

I'm still interested but was more bothered about the ring and would just enjoy going to spa and hopefully tagging along as a passenger in someones car. Are you planning on re-opening the thread if you end up going to the ring too?
